Hermione nodded and headed towards the line as Lavender and Baby Girl went outside. After a few minutes she had a bag in hand with some sweets, some of which she planned on delivering to Ron later, and headed outside to meet them.

It was nice out, and as they started their walk, Hermione wasn't really sure what to say, though she was fairly certain that there must be something in particular Lavender wanted to talk to her about, because why else would she ask her to spend time with her? But she felt awkward just asking her outright what was up, because she didn't want to appear rude if Lavender was just looking for company. "So," Hermione started, glancing over at the blond. "I hope things haven't been too bad for you, considering everything that is going on recently."
