"Know what it means? No," He shook his head even as he kept himself from stumbling at her shove, even playful as it was. "But I've heard people use it before so I thought it might fit." He shrugged. "And that would be a yes on warming the noodles, though I would never turn down anything you wanted to warm for me." Lee was fully aware of the fact that Angelina had been attempting to avoid him making a comment just like that one, which made it all the more amusing that he had found a way around it.
"Well, it's a whole unwritten code about siblings," Lee called out while she was in the kitchen. "To every family, there is a tormentor and a tormented, but there are none as good as me. Kendrick doesn't know how lucky he has it. Plus, I'm an equal opportunity tormentor. Hollis just isn't as excitable."
Lee mocked scoffing indignantly at the suggestion. "Me, turn down a plate? That would be the first sign of the end of the world, just so you know."
