"Well, we could still go out if you wanted." Not that he had any real intention of letting her take that option now that he was here. Still, it was safe to tease a little. Eli wrapped one arm tighter around her, making sure he had a good hold in case she decided to go anywhere.

"And my dear, dear wife, don't you know that it is better to give than to receive?" While he supposed he could have carried her to his office that required a considerable amount of effort. Far more than what was needed to reach for his wand and with a well practiced motion just pop over there. All twisted and turned up, but it gave little room for protest.
