People were tricky. Anthony had always thought so, and it was part of the reason for why he'd always tried to keep the amount of human interaction he participated in to as much of a minimum as possible. It was hard trying to predict the sort of reaction something was going to get from another person. At least, that was it most of the time. It was different when he knew a person. And, no matter how many conversations they'd had -- or not had -- regarding her, Anthony didn't really know Lavender. It made ideas like attempting to find out for sure a bit difficult in that he didn't really fancy having to deal with the fallout of such an action.
He'd been wearing a thoughtful look on his face, wondering if there was an easier solution, but it disappeared in favour of a frown. "Really?" was all he could say at first because he most definitely knew what it was that Michael was referring to. And it wasn't even about him telling Lavender that little bit of crazy; Anthony just did not like the idea. He didn't like the idea of anyone doing it, and he most certainly did not like the idea of Michael doing it -- especially because he knew all the little thoughts that led Michael to thinking it was an all right idea. Because it wasn't, not by a long shot. "What you told me is stupid."
