"You have to make more than an appearance," Hannah commanded. Then she leaned on the bar so that the whole group around them wouldn't know her business. "Besides, I have a feeling that even though he's off work Ernie will still spend a good amount of the evening checking on those he assigned to work the gala. So, you have to come keep me company." Then she stood and wiped the counter before waving her wand to pull the empty glasses from the bar.
