A gala wasn't something she would normally be up for without special persuasion. However, the whole masked part had an appeal. Anything to help hide the scars was welcome and tomorrow night she might actually feel like everyone else. "I was planning on making an appearance," she said taking a sip of her wine. Maybe it would even be good for her or at least that was what she was trying to convince herself of.
"But dress shopping without me? I'm actually kind of jealous." Shopping was, not surprisingly, one of Lavender's favorite pastimes. The only tragedy was that life as a baker didn't exactly have her with a large expendable income, but what little she did have went to her wardrobe. Lavender Brown expressed her best through what she wore. In fact she even had her clothes organized by feeling rather than color or fit. "So, you'll have to make it up to me and describe your purchases in detail."
