Ron moved the last few objects from the floor to the counter with his wand as Percy spoke up. He looked over at him, a bit surprised. "Oh yeah?" That usually wasn't the first thing that Ron thought of doing when he was upset, but then again, he always felt forgotten by his mother in the sea of his siblings. Plus he'd always had Hermione and Harry around so he didn't really need her all that much since he had left for Hogwarts. Except now, he only had Hermione.
"That's not a bad idea, Perce. I'm sure Mum would like the company." He knew that's not what he meant, but Ron didn't want to make it seem like Percy was seeking out their mother's company for his own comfort. "I s'pose I'll go see 'Mione for a bit then. If the Prophet mentions I was there and I don't tell her about it first-"
