Even with his distraction, Percy not only felt the familiar buzz of wards being erected, but he noticed how strange Ron was behaving. But then, Ron explained it himself, stating he'd had a long day. Percy could sympathize, as most of his workdays tended to be long days - even the ones that ended with a glass of firewhiskey in the Minister's office.
He finished pouring the second cup of tea and handed it to Ron, then led his brother into the living room, sitting down in his favourite chair and motioning his brother to the sofa.
"Well, I imagine something must have happened to have you raving at my door like a lunatic. Sit, catch your breath, and then we can talk it out."
