Angie grinned broadly and hugged Justin back. "Of course I came. Like I'd miss celebrating the day you were spawned?" She swatted at him at his last comment. "I swear even a turtleneck's obscene on me." She shrugged one shoulder and handed him his gift, neatly wrapped in gold paper.

"I thought you could make good use of these," she added.
