"Wow--That's really kind of you, Lavender. You didn't have to." She took notice of Lavender's reluctance to speak of it downstairs with the clerk at the desk. He was alright as it was, bookish and quiet, but one could never be too careful.
"I'm glad to help. Despite how difficult it may be I would rather that people have what they need to figure this out, after all." She led Lavender into a tiny office at the end of the hall, with enough room for a desk, two chairs and a small bookshelf in the corner. There was a relatively large window in front of the desk.
"Have a seat," she gestured at either of the chairs behind the desk which was pushed up against the wall with the window.
