Justin could feel a subtle shift in the bloke's body. That was all the confirmation he needed to know that something was going on, but if Ernie didn't know, then how would this wizard? He could hear the change in the tone of voice, and it called to the part of him that had always been there to comfort and distract friends when they'd most needed.
"He did," Justin affirmed, taking the man's face between his hands and holding it so that their eyes could meet. "And if you like, we can talk about it later. But for now, I don't know about you, but," he smiled to distract, "I could use a bloody good rogering."
