It would have taken someone far less aware of the world than Luna pretended to be to not notice Ginny's mood. She reached over to hold her friend's hand. It wasn't to hold her back, though that would work if necessary. Ginny did need someone though, someone to be there without judging. At least, that's what Luna decided.
"Thank you, Headmaster, though perhaps your perspective is different but I'm not sure I'd agree that his sole purpose was to defeat Voldemort. It seems that one can have many purposes, or at least several." She glanced at her friend and smiled warmly, "Well, at least he brought friends closer together."
Turning back to the painting of the headmaster and the unicorn, she tilted her head, frowning slightly in an almost pout before chewing on her bottom lip. "And this threat is greater than Voldemort?"
