Who: Jayne Dough, Pandora Zurlo, Isaiah Smith
What: Coming out to play again
Where: Jayne's flat (Cardiff), Hogsmeade
When: Sunday, November 2 - 7-ish AM

Jayne stood at the window, looking out on the quiet streets of Cardiff from her one-bedroom flat in Splott (not "Splow" like the real estate agents try to pronounce it in an effort to make it more appealing). It was early Sunday morning, and the sunrise had already begun making its ascent.

Another morning.

She had kept herself holed up in her flat all day yesterday, terrified that the moment she left, someone would come after her for what she had done. Or what Pandora had done. Either way, it was her body, and she would no doubt be held responsible. It had felt like a terrible hangover, but without the headache or nausea. She'd had her share of drinking binges in the past, but never before had they ended with someone's death.

She felt a pair of hands, marble-white and deceivingly delicate-looking, slide around her waist, and despite herself, she felt her body relaxing into an embrace.

"You really must stop this worrying," Pandora said, her breath flowing over Jayne's ear and making her shiver. "I took care of everything. Nobody will ever know it was us."

"But we killed someone," she said for the dozenth time since Friday night. "Not just anyone, but Harry Potter. They're not going to rest until they find out who did it."

One of the hands left her waist to take her by the chin and force her head around to face Pandora. Their eyes met, and as had become the habit in barely two days, she was immediately caught in the intensity of the woman's gaze.

"Even if they do, by the time they do, it will not matter." Pandora's smile was beautiful, but cold and deadly. Despite that, there was something, almost like affection or kindness, in there somewhere - or at least that's what Jayne felt. "My memories are my power, and the more I get back, the more of my power I will regain. Without them for too long, I'll... cease to be. But with them... nobody will ever be able to stop us."

Jayne nodded, feeling a shiver run through her, but for what exactly she wasn't sure. She knew she should be afraid of the power of this woman who had gained possession of Jayne's body, but... she wasn't, at least not anywhere near as much as she should.

"Come, you've been inside far too long. It's a lovely day, and it should be enjoyed."

Jayne nodded again, and...

...opened her eyes.

Jayne rarely went out among the Muggles in her area, as she had become terribly dependent on her magic over the years. She felt naked without the use of her wand, and the restrictions she had to place upon herself were too many for her own liking. As she thought this, she felt a hum of agreement from the back of her mind. Pandora wasn't fond of Muggles.

She put on a cloak and a scarf, and decided her best bet was to take a relaxing walk in Hogsmeade. Pandora was right, she'd shut herself away too long and she needed some fresh air. A quick Apparition later, and she was standing outside the Silver Cauldron.

She strolled down the nearly empty street. It was early Sunday morning, and none of the shops were open yet. Some of the eateries might, those that served breakfast, as well as certain other businesses. She stopped by the Owl Post office and sent off a quick note to her parents, then made another stop at Johnny's for a coffee and muffin.

Finally, she was beginning to feel normal again.

She was seated on the bench at the side of the road, watching people pass as she plucked at her muffin. There, a family of five passed in their Sunday best, apparently on their way to church after having a nice breakfast in town. And there, a young lady who looked barely old enough to be out of school was hurrying along, a large bag tucked up under her arm. Next was an older man, handsome with a serious look upon his face, quite well-dressed and obviously intent on his business...

"Him."

A shiver ran down her leg. Not again, not another one.

"We must. He has one. I can almost taste it."

Jayne wanted to protest again, but quickly found her body no longer under her control. She retreated, knowing there was no use fighting. She only wished she didn't have to watch what was no doubt going to happen.

Ooooh, so much better. Pandora was beginning to enjoy this body as she stretched it out, feeling the extremities move. She had been so long without, yet it fit like a second skin. It helped that she didn't mind the body's owner. In many ways, this Jayne reminded her of herself in the days before she had met Gellert. The days before she had truly learned who and what she was, and what she was capable of.

She followed the man as he walked down Hollyhog Road, toward where it met High Street. There were still too many people around, but when they neared the residential area, it would be easier to get him aside and do what she needed to do.

As they approached the crossroads, the passers-by thinned out - however, it looked like the man was about to turn down High Street. She wasn't yet powerful enough to simply push her will onto him, so she would have to focus it with Jayne's wand - much as Pandora herself had done in the days before her power had grown...

An Imperius, and the man was now following her down toward the residential district. She told him to sit on a bench, and he did as she commanded. She moved to stand behind him, placing her hands on his shoulders in what could be construed as a comforting manner before pulling one away to reach into her pocket and pull out her box, then switching it over to the hand still on the man's shoulder.

She looked around once more, and though she couldn't see anyone nearby, she didn't want to take any risks. A quick obscuring charm, and she felt much safer.

With a tremble of anticipation, she took Jayne's wand and placed it through two of the bench's slats so that it touched the man's back. One-

"No, don't-"

Two... Three With an almost erotic pleasure, she cast an arrow spell that sent three arrows shooting from her wand, immediately piercing through the man's body. As the life left him, a plume of black smoke exited his open mouth and found its way into her box. She quickly closed it so that it would remain inside.

She grinned down at the body, enjoying the way he was pinned upright by the arrows in his back. Oh, how she would have enjoyed torturing him to death... but there was no time for that, not with her memories still running about in other people.

"Time to go."

She quickly quelled the unrest from Jayne that tried to cloud her mind and reassured the woman that all would be well.

After all, Pandora was just that much more powerful now. A few more, and she would be almost back to normal.
