"He doesn't have it in him," Neville continued as he looked at a piece of paper with something harry had written, but he couldn't quite make out what it said. As a result, it went into the pile nearest to him. It seemed like such an invasion of privacy, and if Harry was alive, Neville was sure he would have not been very happy with the mess the two were making. He wondered for a moment if the characters on the corner of the paper meant anything. If they were a code of some sort. Perhaps he was overthinking the notes, but with Harry, it was hard to tell. "He couldn't even stand beside us at Hogwarts. That he could do such a thing to Harry is... well, near impossible, I'd say."
Except that impossible had been ruled out of Neville's vocabulary long ago. Improbable was more like it.
"Do you think it could have had anything to do with the case he was working with Davies? Maybe it's something Davies and Warrington should be careful of."
