THE BOY WHO LIVED - DEAD
By Betty Brathwaite
LONDON - Exactly twenty-two years after surviving You-Know-Who's first attempt on his life, Harry Potter was found dead in the Ministry of Magic.
Harry Potter, the Boy Who Lived, who saved the wizarding world five years ago during You-Know-Who's second uprising, is now the second body to be found on the premises of the Ministry in two days. Shortly before midnight at the Hallowe'en Gala, a scream was heard, attracting the attention of the Minister for Magic himself.
Sources claim that, found in a pool of Potter's blood, was one Zacharias Smith, a former classmate of Potter's who was notoriously absent from the Battle of Hogwarts, having made a cowardly exit by trampling younger students in an effort to leave the school before he could risk being hurt.
The Aurors have taken charge of the case, Potter having been one of their own, and there is little doubt that they will prosecute the murderer to the fullest extent of the law. Whether the murderer is already in custody or has yet to be found is still under investigation.
If there are any attendees of the Gala who have seen or heard anything of note, they are encouraged to contact the Auror department to give their testimony to the authorities.
