Legolas smiled, "Fortunately they are not. There are still small battles, a few of the evil run and hide from us, but they are being hunted down so there will not be another rise. We hope that there will not be another rise. We hope that this will be the age of peace and that it will last a long time." He began wondering how tired Aragorn would look right now with the weight of being the king upon his shoulders. He should not look tired at all really, it was his life, his calling, and there was little to do anymore with such matters of the dark.
"They are quite lovely. Stubborn and hard headed, but lovely little people." He paused for a moment, he had not been looking for hobbits, but he would have seen them. "No, I have not seen any." He pulled out his map, "I can see if one has escaped my sight." A small smirk played across his lips as he looked over the rooms. "Hobbits have such odd names, such as Underhill and Proudfoot." Not seeing any hobbit names he shook his head sadly, "I am afraid one is not here yet, but keep your eyes open. One may show up any moment now."
"Yes, he is a god. He is quite powerful, you can feel it on him. I am not sure that there is anything that he cannot do, other than leave here. I believe that is only because there are multiple powers of equal or lower match to he coming together to hold him here and therefore becoming greater than he." Legolas shook his head, "He will come if you call or scream, and I think he would be able to tell if it was a joke or not as well. I would try it now, but I fear bothering him. He seems to have a lot on his mind."
Reaching over Legolas put a hand on Max's shoulder, "You will see them once again. I do not believe the gods can keep us here for very long. Imagine the unbalance in our worlds!" He then paused, something occurring to him, "Unless they have stopped time elsewhere to play their game." He sighed and shook his head.
Legolas would have to try such a concoction as the one Max was sipping upon. It seemed to bring him great joy. For now, Legolas would leave it to Max, he was not really as hungry as what that thickness called for. "Good, I think."
Thinking for a brief moment, Legolas nodded his head slightly, "I think that this pact was made by all the gods. So the god that knows you best would make the mansion as it saw fit in order to make you more comfortable. Or in some cases less I suppose. I know mine was almost exactly like the one at Ithilien, but with more walls." Legolas frowned, not so happy about being closed off from everything. He supposed there were good reasons though. "Perhaps I will one day as well. Natural flowing water is more to my taste." Looking back at his map he eyed it, "Ah in the basement, here." He pointed at a room labeled 'wash room', "Perhaps this is it?"
