Thirteen looked at the awkward man in front of her, introducing himself. She was lost in what to say, she ignored him for several moments, lost in thought rather than being rude. She looked over the mansion quickly before inadverently pinching herself on the arm. No, this was real, she thought. She just didn't know how it was real, the pain in her tailbone was dissipating quickly and she looked to the sky judging how far her fall was. She shook her head and brushed back her now scraggly bangs hanging in her face.
"Hi, um, ugh. I'm Thirteen." She was still bewildered and in disbelief. She was still listing and exing out things in her head, trying to figure out the puzzle, like her mentor would order her to do. She smelled the salt water and the sweet breeze and she felt oddly at ease thoguh she didn't know why. She should feel uneasy right now, but for some reason tranquility was washing over her. She eyed the handsome man again before taking several steps toward the mansion. She abruptly halted and gave a long sigh, she didn't know what to do at this point, she looked back to the man questioningly.
