As the other spoke, Legolas nodded. "Yes. They seem to be playing a game with us here, seeing what we will do in this situation. That's to the best of our knowledge." Of course none of them had really talked to the gods that had pulled them here. Unless of course Ash had found a way, surely he would have made a point to tell Legolas though.
Listening to the other, Legolas gave a small smile. "I suppose wee shall call you Faun then. Will that please you?" He let the key go to something that was fluttering close by. There had to be fairies here again. "I am sure there are some here that can speak the words of trees and wind, but there are many others that cannot."
He paused for a moment, "The key will tell you your room, I think that will be the only one you get. The map shows every inch of this place and labels the private rooms of those here as theirs. Your room on the map will have your names written on it in your tongue as well as ours I suppose." He wished he could see the words at least.
Surprise etched itself on Legolas' face. He should be used to it by now, but he wasn't sure how many people of other worlds really knew of elves. "Yes, I am. Do you know us well?" He tried to place the name of faun, but could only think of small deer and other small four legged creatures that were named faun.
