That was an interesting reaction. It wasn’t often that someone just chuckled and grinned at him. Most ran in fear or begged for their lives. hmmm, I must be loosing me touch. It wasn’t necessarily a good thing, but he wasn’t going to worry about it. He could always pull some other tricks out of the old bag to get people to run in fear. For now he wasn’t looking to make anyone run off.
Grim frowned at his first question and quickly looked around. “Isn’t it obvious. You’re in a mansion on an island.” Maybe the humanish thing wanted more detail then that, but during his initiation of being pulled here before, no one had told him any more details then what was the obvious. “I don’t think it has a name.” He quickly added on before things could get annoying and questions repeated.
“I was told that all the things you would need would be in your room.” He continued as he made his way over to the desk. “Everyone’s got their own room and then there’s the kitchen and living room and all that.” Grabbing a key and map off the desk, he made his way back over to the new guest. “These are yours.” He held them out to him. “Don’t loose them. I don’t think there are copies of the keys. The mansion gets a little picky about those things. Something about security of its guests.” He waved his other hand like it was nothing to be really concerned about.
