As the other admitted freely that he would protect, Eclipse inwardly snorted yet again. There were times when he wished to protect nothing. Since the days that Raenef came to live with him though, these were the times when he found himself protecting everything he seemed to come across. Still, such was not his fault. He was to do the bidding of his master. If his master wanted something to live then by all of Eclipse's powers it would live. No matter if it was a bunny or a cleric of Rased.
"I will find a way." There was no question in Eclipse's mind that he would not be able to do such. He had the intelligence of lifetimes of study, and the adaptation skills of the greatest manipulators within him. He would not lose to these gods. The thought of having to deal with three that were possibly as powerful as this one unsettled Eclipse a bit. Not that this slight unsettling could be seen from without. No, his face was still the same stony expression of distaste. It was true that Eclipse would have to find the greatest weakness of the being before him before even considering an attack. Such would take time and lots of planning. Things would have to be exact. such time would take a back burner to Eclipse finding a way out of here or finding a way to get Raenef here. "For now, I will be pleased to find a way out or find a way to get my master here."
The thought of a being of good having thoughts on revenge against such a simple game as this amused Eclipse. Perhaps this one before him wasn't as good as he pretended to be. He would have to find out. this place had many possibilities for amusement until he could return to his master's side. "I do not mind hell." Eclipse said slowly, his gaze flicking back up to Acheron's eyes. The challenge fluttered there in his dark depths. He would never admit that someone was more powerful than he, not until the bitter end. Eclipse was fond of living. If life meant being in the service of someone with good intentions, then he would live. Look at what he served now. Sighing as he thought on his situation, Eclipse wished nothing more than to sit and hold his head in his hands. He was a powerful demon in the service of a soft hearted boy.
Walking outside, Eclipse shielded his eyes for a moment. Looking around the grounds he waited on which direction the other would wish to go first. He needed to know how big the mansion was, to rightfully call himself into any room. Plus he wanted to know what plane they were on, and that estimation was best done outside. "I am from the realm of my Lord Raenef. It exists on another plane from the world of the humans. Each demon lord has his or her own realm of existence within and outside of the human world." That was explanation enough. He would not wish this being to teleport to Raenef's palace without Eclipse being there. If Acheron could do so that was.
