Yeah, I’m a bit of a trivia-phile. Sorry.
But, actually, this used to be an old whore’s trick—probably still is today. I’m not sure how effective it is for everyone, but it’s pretty basic psychology (Pavlovian—the guy with the dogs—for anyone wondering) and it’s always worked for me. The trick goes, at the moment of climax, the whore would whisper the “magic words” into her client’s ear. She would repeat this process over and over, every time that client visited her. After enough trips, the client’s mind would be conditioned to associate the magic words to sex—and, more pressingly, his orgasm. So, if she were strapped for cash and needed a job, the whore would call up her now well-trained client and whisper the magic words. At their sound, the client would instantly become aroused and in sudden and immediate need of her services. Hence, her business would always be good. On a more everyday level, everyone has experienced this phenomenon at some point. There’s always a special phrase or action that inspires acquiescence in another person, you just have to find it. Maybe if you purr “pretty please” and blink up at your partner sweetly while stroking their thigh gently or bend them over your knee with your hand poised for a stinging slap, there are always those small intimacies that ensures that a smart lover can get what they want when they want it. Damn handy trick, yes?
