Well, my opinion is that it's unlikely that the woman is really Wiccan.
After that I've got a lot of questions, since this really could go either way.
My first query is whether or not she got a burning permit for a bonfire (as usually you need on and it is often hard to get them this kind of year).
My second question would probably why she was wearing just a tee-shirt and underwear.
Third might be why she was burning rubber, which releases toxic fumes.
Forth question that comes to mind is why would the woman resist arrest, after all it only gives them reasons to charge her and keep her.
Overall, even though the telling of the story could be slanted, I think there is more reason to consider her imbalanced to think that this is probably not a case of discrimination.
