Coloring Contest: My idea is that artists would create a black and white lineart image, and then everyone downloads it, colors it, and re-uploads it :D

Drabble-to-fic-a-thon: Kind of an exquisite corpse. Someone writes a 100-word drabble, and then someone else continues the story in a comment, then it keeps going and going until... who knows. We'd have to come up with some system of "claiming" the next installment and then putting a time limit on how you'd have to write it.

IF... if if if... we do a fest/challenge/other thing. I'm thinking it should be in January/February. Now, I'm REALLY on the fence about this. Seriously a big "if" here. I think looking to monthly challenges or something might work better for starters.

What do you all think!?
