Her heart was thumping out of her chest and her breath came in desperate pants. Her whole body was flushed and her lips were stained crimson from the bloody kisses. It wasn't hard to imagine just how she looked, shorts ripped to pieces, hair wind tossed, bloody lips and their mixed juices smeared on her thighs.
His words forced Kaisa to focus on the here and now. It was so hard though. There were the echoes of a life that was not here, but mirrored so closely to her own.
