Part of her--the part that was the nice girl from Virginia who'd taken Tanya Adkins under her wing like a surrogate sister when Tanya's real sister had been killed by demons--wished that she could get Liam talking. That they could open up to each other, maybe get some of the angst out, and off of their chests. The other part of her that was all grown up and mingled with demon magic said that there were other ways to sweat it out. That baring skin was just as good as baring souls.
