"Vegas, you've treated us well," Micah chimed in after Liam's toast. He laughed, a grin spreading across his lips as he shook his head, thoroughly amused. He was at that buzz time when everything was soaring high and there was just enough fog in his brain for him not to have a worry in his thoughts. Not that he ever was one to dwell on worries while he was traveling around and having fun, but it was not every day that one attempted to reenter the reincarnate community. He was pretty sure that was why Chris was so high-strung lately.
Well, that, and the fact that Chris's memories seemed to be seeping through more and more, disturbing the tattoo artist's sleep more often than he cared for. He knew that this was definitely not Chris's intention. He had a feeling that if Chris had it his way, then he would know nothing about his future. In fact, he was pretty sure that if Chris had it his way, then nobody would know anything about the Halliwells or their life. The fact that there was an entire eight season television show about them really bugged him, even if it somewhat amused Micah.
He glanced back toward the stage when Liam mentioned the Ukrainian girl. He grinned a bit as he spotted her before looking back at him and clapped a hand on the other guy's shoulder. "Enjoy," he told him with a grin. He took his glass and quickly downed the rest of the alcohol before he went to go stand. He took a moment before the world stopped spinning. "I, however, am going to go try my luck again. Gotta get in before all the best tables get too full." He winked at the other guy, almost teasing him. He fished his wallet out of his pocket and laid down two $20 to cover his bill. As a second though, he pull out a $5 and slid it toward Liam. "For the pretty Ukrainian," he told him with a grin.
