That glance and that smile had him throttling the urge to just throw her over his shoulder and ignore the rest of the world for...oh, the next week or so would do. But he didn't. This hadn't been the resolution he was looking for, but it would have to do. For now. He didn't have the slightest clue where they were supposed to go from here, how it was supposed to proceed.
