She noticed the bite mark first- white, so white no blood her fault- and she shut her eyes with a slight gulp, trying to compose herself. Spencer was dead- Natalie was alive, and needed her help. 'Focus, ducky,' Another sigh, and she crouched down near the chair, just close enough to see without being imposing.
It was just a moment before Dex came back with the first aid kit, handing it over to Jax. To his credit, the staring wasn't terribly obvious, even if Jax could all but feel the worry and chivalry anger radiating from him. She sent him off for the water with another look- he could be as mad as he wanted, but Natalie seemed to be ignoring him. That had to mean something.
The word 'succubus' floated around in Jax' mind for a second before she connected the dots. Momentarily distracted with pulling out an antiseptic wipe and some gauze, she took a moment to try and figure out what to say; Eloquent, she and John weren't.
"We're all tainted, Natalie. It's part of doing what we do. But you're not evil. You question it. That alone shows you're a good person." She sighed, seeming torn between offering to cleanse the wounds, and letting Natalie do it herself.
