He grabbed the map as soon as the flames went out and half glanced at it before stuffing it into his pockets. He picked Sam's gun up too and looked at it instead of Becca as he spoke slowly, cautiously. "Thanks for all your help, Becca, but I'm gonna get them by myself. I shouldn't have involved you in the first place. I'm sorry."
He didn't know quite what he was doing, refusing her help - having a demon on his side would've been a definite asset if there was going to be a showdown with Azazel - but this was as much help from her as Sam would let him have. He still didn't trust her, and besides that, this was their battle to fight, not hers. He and Jimmy had to get Annie, Dean, and Teddy back, and he and Jimmy had to stop Azazel. But even more than that, more than Sam's instincts and determination to save his brother, Jimmy just didn't want anyone else to get hurt. He especially didn't want Becca to get more hurt than she already was. If he was going to fix this, he had to fix it without her, and then maybe he'd figure out some way to apologize properly for the harm he'd caused her.
But Jimmy didn't have time to think about that now. Without another word, he left Becca's apartment. He was running away from her, yes, but he was running toward Annie and Teddy. He just hoped to God they were still alive, and that Becca wouldn't follow him.
