It didn't take long for Sam to find Ruby's apartment - if Jimmy had been awake, he would've corrected Sam and said Becca's apartment, but Jimmy was gone. For now, at least. He wasn't the kind of person who could handle coming home to find a dead babysitter and two of the people he cared about most in the world just gone. Sam, though - he was used to that, and he took over for Jimmy. It was probably the nicest thing he could've done for the guy. But that was where the nice ended.
He didn't bother knocking; he picked the lock and let himself in. The place was dark, but that didn't necessarily mean that Ruby wasn't in. Quickly and silently, he checked all the rooms - nothing. She wasn't there. Good. He stuck his gun in the back of his pants, pulled a can of spray paint out of the bag he was carrying, and got to work. There'd be a surprise waiting for the demon bitch just on the other side of her front door when she got home. Now, all he had to do was wait. He was getting Dean - Annie - back, no matter what.
