Laura was running late, again. That seemed to happen all the time. She'd had to go home after work to change though, since she wanted to wear something more casual for their night out. She still wanted to look good though, so it took some time to find just the right thing.
She hurried into the MTN office, stopping to search through her purse for her ID. It would have been a really convenient time to just persuade the desk clerk to let her in, but the Agency had a distressing habit of not hiring weak minded people.
Seeing the large group gathered together, she was sure they were the people she was supposed to meet. She grinned, recognizing Clyde as much by his accent and predictably colorful word choice as by his face. The fact that he already had a girl on each arm was also something of a give away. "Wait no longer! I'm here. Sorry I'm late."
