Mike had decided to say screw it, and he had paid the cab driver and let him leave. There was no way he was going to pay a running total, especially when they would just get another cab anyway. There were a million and a half of them in the streets, it wouldn't be too difficult.
Walking into the lobby, he showed his ID to the front desk and wandered over to where the group of people were.
"You're telling me," He said with a grin to Matilda as he stood next to Avery and casually slung an arm around her shoulders. "Clyde, nice to finally meet you. And nice to meet all of you."
