Becca smiled back. She still thought Clyde was a little too good to be true, but she was glad to at the very least have someone looking out for her. Glad she could count him as a friend. It gave her that much more reason to keep hoping she could do some good in return.
"Well, that certainly explains a few things," she said, with a pensive shake of her head. She could harass Clyde later. Then again, maybe they were even, since she hadn't exactly told Clyde that she'd already contacted Camelot herself.
"I actually spoke to Michael Morgan once already. He said he'd be willing to work with me on a provisional basis until I can prove myself trustworthy--and I think if I keep working at it I just might be able to find some sort of balance--I just need to get back with him to confirm my decision."
She winced, knowing Clyde would probably lecture her about trying to prove herself to the world, but she shook it off. "I know it's probably going to be hell, considering the characters I've got riding my ass already, but I'm willing to do whatever I can to make a difference."
