"I don't know about 'great', but thanks. This is definately starting to look more worthwhile by the minute," Jax gave Jenny a little grin, obviously a lot more laid back with the flirting; there was the slightest flinch, as something John thought made her have to stifle a laugh. She didn't want Jenny to think she was laughing at her.
The talk of her job was a lot easier for her. She shrugged, leaning back in her chair more to get comfortable than to avoid the closeness. "I've always loved music. I'm not great with much of anything else, but I know beats, and I'm good enough at talking to people. I thought I was going to go into TV, but apparently I would have had to... look normal? And I wasn't about that. So radio it was. The hours fit me, it's not a lot of actual work, and I get invited to great parties." She grinned a little, taking another drink from her coffee.
"How about you? What made you decide to mix drinks for a living?"
