It was sweet of Connor to say, even though he hadn't met Sarah yet. She wasn't really keeping her daughter from her neighbor, it just hadn't happened yet, and considering he'd only just arrived about a week ago, it wasn't too much of a surprise. She studied the message for a full minute, trying to decide how to reply. She was fighting the completely irrational urge she had to invite him to hang out now. It was just ridiculous. She was already in her pajamas, and she couldn't even remember the last time she'd wanted to be alone with a man, even if it was just someone she wanted to just be friends with.
I'll keep that in mind. Might have to bring her along on Sunday, if y'all won't mind a toddler tornado around for it. Yeah quiet can be, but I do like noise. And conversation. Mama's workin late tonight, so there's not much of either.
