"Now, now, no worries, lovey," Terrence told her as tears tracked down her face. "You've done me a big favor by showing up so unexpectedly." He dashed the tears out from under one of her eyes. "You're the new prime suspect in the abduction of Terry Boot. I couldn't have planned this better myself." He smiled satisfactorily as he arranged the Port Key. "I think my employer will be very pleased, once he gets over being utterly pissed."
He made certain one more time that they were all touching the Port Key and murmured the target word. "Katherine." Perhaps it was terrible of him, but it was a good one, he thought.
The place they arrived at was an old wizarding hunting lodge, once rather famous, called Scentsign. Once, a very long time ago, Terrence's ancestors had had a part of it, but it had long since fallen into various states of disrepair. However, it was utterly isolated and no one would even think of it as a place someone might go.
Many of the stuffed victory trophies were still mounted, however, and some of them were extremely creepy. Terrence flicked his wand at Boot and levitated him now that they were safely away from the abduction site. "This way, my dear."
