The door was answered by the lady of the house. "Mrs Malfoy," Millicent greeted her politely, giving one of her best smiles. She thought Narcissa looked rather well, considering the events of the war. "It's good to see you again."
She was shown to a parlor, where Draco already waited. He looked thinner and paler than she remembered, but it was incredibly good to see him again--she hadn't realized quite how much she'd missed the familiar faces of her school years. Their year had been particularly close, for Slytherins, mostly because of the events surrounding them. She might have more than her share of bad memories of people as well, but she tried to stick with the good these days.
"Draco," she said from the doorway where she'd paused, a smile playing about her lips. Her voice was the same as ever, strong and slightly husky, though everything else about her had gone through some drastic changes.
Her weight, which had always been on the heavy side, had melted away. She'd done her best to retain her breasts, which she considered her best body feature, but she was starting to seriously consider some augmentation in that department. The rest, though, was very thin; her muscles, which she worked out to maintain, where there under the skin. She was still tall, nearly as tall as Draco. Her cheeks had smoothed out to reveal tall cheekbones.
"Merlin, it's good to see you again," she told him as she entered, giving him a genuine smile. "How have you been?"
