Part of Nathan twisted and laughed inside at her comment on Peter, but he knew she would be appalled if she knew the truth of Peter's parentage. Theo was willing to take the shame and lie about it, and he still had a good woman at his side. In all ways but one Peter was Theo's son.
"Yes, she's learned that lesson," he said with a nod. Besides, Amy really was a Ravenclaw, with a reasonably logical mind and a penchant for planning things out whenever she could.
"Really," he said, adjusting his clothes one final time and leaning down to press a kiss to her self-abused lower lip, catching it briefly in his own teeth and tugging gently.
"I figure she'll know, or Theo will tell her," he said in a slightly snarky way aimed at Theo. He sighed as if put upon but gave her another smile. "I suppose, if we have to," he said with faux-petulance.
