Holding up an empty hand, I bend my fingers, then extend them again, a fan of cards appearing where there wasn't one before.

I don't mean to sound like I'm complaining, though there are often things to complain about - like some jackass thinking he knows the trick and trying to give it away. There, I usually have the last laugh since my tricks are different and the jackass is usually wrong. But, I love my work.
