WHO: Those on the raid list.
WHERE: Hogwarts.
WHEN: February 25 - 26, 2002; just before midnight – early a.m.
WHAT: Theft of potentially valuable information held in the Hogwarts library.
RATING: PG-13, at least. Violence to be assumed.
STATUS: sub-threads & narratives; in-progress.
OOC: → Please start sub-threads for one-on-one (or whatever number of characters/players is a comfortable amount for players involved) threaded play, rather than a 1-2-3-etc full group order. → Narrative one-shots in lieu of sub-threads can be posted as a comment or they can be a new post entirely! → Unplayed members of this raiding party are assumed, but please remember to avoid mentioning names. IC: → The method of entrance and exit from Hogwarts is vanishing cabinets, as suggested by a pro-plan individual from '01 after the pro-plan group met. The one in dopple!Hogwarts is functional and its partner is at a location disclosed only to the raiding party and unconnected to any Guest. → The informant, who is unknown and after his/her first message to the Guest Death Eaters, communicated only with the spokespeople for the pro-plan group, remains disguised and disappears when the raiding party arrives. → Part of the raiding party will be the eyes/ears, part will retrieve the intended manuscript and end up also taking other pieces of research (books and the like), and a few will plant and/or remove evidence (ie. steal suggestive items) to suggest Order involvement, unspecific as to 'which' Order. The 'other research' and 'evidence' can be left entirely vague in mention, or players can feel free to be creative with these for specifics. Write what you feel your character would do/leave/take and if you are uncertain if something would be allowed, please ask on the plot sign-up post. → Two students and one staff member are found injured after the group leaves, enough to require medical attention, but no one is killed. These NPCs are free to be used/written by players in sub-threads and narratives. |
