I saw your post for Lucas and was preeeetty tempted to reply to it, actually! I think she'd play a bit hard to get with him - not because she isn't interested or anything (he's very pretty, obviously) but because she kind of likes being in control, and the ball being in her court (re: his interest in her) so to speak, puts her in a position of power. And considering they're all stuck underground for the foreseeable future, she's definitely feeling pretty helpless, so even a little bit of leverage counts. As for how they get along, I'm sure she flirts with him relentlessly, and probably cold shoulders him for a little while if it feels like he's getting too close. Does that make sense? This is all pre-coffee rambling, so I apologize if it doesn't.
Cassidy is cool as hell, and I'm definitely down for that! Juno doesn't really feel the need to play with women - she's definitely all about that female solidarity, and if she knew anything about Cassidy at all, she'd be impressed by and probably a little envious of her education and academic ability. Appreciates the gallows humor, and would probably be in complete disbelief re: her relationships with Lucas and Ian, not only because she's seemingly so by-the-books but because, well, she could probably do better.
There's also a possibility of 'something' going on between Juno and Hollis - I'm not sure if that's like, 100% against the Agency's rules or just 'discouraged', but having either Lucas or Cassidy figure out something's up could be kind of interesting, somewhere down the line.
