Once she'd gotten the idea of her perfect little Christmas vision in her head, Madison Lee couldn't get rid of it. Okay, so she didn't have a fella to offer an arm, but she did have her coat, her gloves, and her rainbow coloured scarf that her mama had knitted for her. So she wasn't doing too bad at all.
She'd spent most of the morning window shopping (and sometimes inside shopping), as she had the day off from rehearsals, and needed to catch up on her Christmas shopping. A box of miniature ornaments had caught her eye, and so Madison Lee scooped them up, deciding that a table tree was just the thing for her little apartment, and would take no time at all to decorate, which would ward off the holiday blues that came with a huge tree in a lonely apartment.
Practically skipping down the busy street with shopping bags hooked over her arms and a two and a half foot potted tree in her face, Madison Lee hummed and smiled from between the branches, trying to make sure that she didn't go crashing into anyone as she walked. The wind, however, was not on her side, and a breeze picked up, causing the little evergreen to rattle about, blocking her view for just long enough to send her bumping into someone. "Aww, I'm so sorry!" she apologized quickly, weaving her head around, trying to see who she'd slammed into.
