Lauralyn Lord might be a blonde, but she hardly fits the airhead stereotype. The actress has not been out of an acting job since she starred in The Rocky Horror Show in 2000. Since then, she has performed in various runs of Chicago and The Light in the Piazza. Lauralyn is perhaps best known for bringing the role of Elle Woods to the stage in Legally Blonde the Musical, a role that garnered her a Tony nomination and a large fanbase. As she gears up to play Violet Newstead in 9 to 5 (a role originated in the movie by Lily Tomlin), she has found time to answer your questions from home.
