Jace snickered, shaking his head as he considered Benji's devious ways. "Or I could get you a box of your very own, plus a box for all of us to share," he offered, equally as seriously. Jace raised his eyebrows appraisingly, as a smirk graced his lips. Although he wasn't exactly rolling in the dough, having a lead role in a popular Broadway show was not without its little perks - and a decent-sized salary was certainly one of them. At the very least, Jace was able to splurge on things every once in a while. (It probably helped that he wasn't supporting anyone but himself, and he lived in a moderately-priced apartment.) Besides, turtles were not even that expensive anyway! And what was a little candy among good friends?
