You're certainly not mad either! I only think perhaps you might be very sad; emotionally exhausted if you will. That happens to the best of us. A proper professional would never allow you to be institutionalized or confined for anything and there's no shame in talking to them. Soldiers experience some of the same and in my time, even they seek help. Shell-shock, for example, is perfectly treatable without leaving someone into neglect and torment.
I genuinely wish I could convince you to try it. We could tell your family we're attending a book club or some such. They would never have to know. I am an excellent secret keeper.
That's a rather on-the-nose name, isn't it? The first name sounds like 'Salamander' almost and the second 'slithering'. I, of course, mean no disrespect to him but it amuses me.
