Bill/Ten
...Well, I think it was a bit soon to tell that. I'd only been in existence for about a day. She was understandably still a bit skeptical. Think I won some points by actually admitting to some feelings, though. The other me was terrible about that. I'm... mostly the same, but I did get a bit of my friend's mind along with her DNA. Not much, just a few little mannerisms mostly, but it's also a bit like... she was always the first one to tell me when I was being an idiot, and now it's like a part of my brain is able to tell itself when I'm being an idiot. Like I've got a bit of Donna in there forever now. You'd have liked her, I think. Or hated her. Could have gone either way.
Now you see, you've just pointed out the very problem with that shape. It was inconvenient. Not even a grand piano, just a little stand up one, and it didn't have a door, so you had to play a little ditty to open up the back. Highly inconvenient. Never did try to sort out the issue again after that, I was happy to have the old box back. Hmph. The bookshelves don't sound too bad- bit of a throwback to one of her old looks actually. Can't say I'm fond of the way the rest of it sounds. So... industrial.
No, it was terribly unpleasant. I'm happy that almost no one remembers it. Just those of us who were in the 'eye of the storm', as it were. Friend might be too strong of a word. Not entirely inaccurate, though. We were friends once, but the Master has always been volatile. Was always volatile, I should say.
A cyborg? That's new. I've traveled with a few species of aliens, several robots... a robot dog for a long while, but never a cyborg. Of course, the ones you tend to meet aren't usually friendly. I'll keep the warning in mind, but I do like to try everything once. Might not be that bad.
