Azrael couldn't help but smirk at Tequila's apparent luck. Was he not telling him something? Well he had to be lucky enough to manage to avoid dying the way he could have so maybe there was some truth in that...
"Herbs" he replied. "I pick out a blend for purification. Keeps the place nice for those I help to move on. Some of them come here to drink a little before they move on. It's kinda like the bar at the edge of life" he said, hoping Tequila wouldn't freak out. "And that does mean there are some spirit here. Not many though... And they won't be here long either but I need to keep the place good for them"
Lining up the shot, he pocketed the shot and grinned. "My turn, finally!" he said, tapping the pool cue against the floor. "You always do your best around here to help people. Ever since you got here, you're always doing what you can to make someone's day brighter. Heck you even tried with me. So what motivates you and why do you do it?" he asked. Maybe in a way he was testing him, maybe not, he'd have to see.
