A sense of humor? That was one way to look at it. "My parents like their liquor all right. A little too much." It was nothing that needed to be brought up. Hell, it was the past. It meant nothing now, especially if he couldn't get back 'home.' Forcing a grin, he said, "Gotta admit, still a cool name. Ya see why I gofer Tequila though."
Tequila wasn't expecting what he saw next. He could understand Azrael changing appearances, but he didn't think he'd see a young girl. Well hell, even if he told someone, he'd doubt anyone would believe him. Still, in the same old 'Tequila-fashion', he made a small joke.
"You can trust me... though ya shoulda had her tell me in yer rough-ass voice. That'd scare the shit out of me." Lining up the ball again, Tequila hit it and made the shot. Maybe his luck was back.
"Ha! Now I can ask - what's with it them them cigarettes? Ya got some good stuff in there or what? Like ya need it or what?"
