Moriarty nearly jumped out of his skin when he heard the voice, and his eyes widened as a figure appeared before him. He was so stricken with fear, having thought he was alone, that he had to take a moment to think of something to say. This was a rare occurrence for Jim as he usually had something to say for everything. This was different. He did know Loki personally, but he studied the face enough to know that this current situation was incredibly awkward.
