It had been less than a full day since Loki and the others had suddenly returned back to normal. Loki had enjoyed himself a great deal at the time, playing tricks on grown ups and playing with his growing mastery of magic. He just hoped that it didn't come back to bite him. Usually he wouldn't have cared. However, in Preya he was trying to start anew and while on the outside he might not act like he cared about what he did as a teenager in Preya, his true feelings remained hidden beneath. He was the God of mischief after all! He had to have some fun now and then? Or go mad in the process. He had to let go every so often and his time as a teenager allowed him that much.
He needed to get away from his apartment. From his over worrying Mother and her silence. That required getting away from the city. Brightford park seemed like a good enough place. He liked sitting in the trees and watching the world below him move by. It was innocent enough. And that was the first place he went. To sit amidst the tree branches. It was fairly quiet. Perhaps because it was cold. Spotting movement, he chewed his thumbnail idly and watched them. What were they doing? What were they up to? Something certainly... He could tell by the way they walked, the way they moved.
Silently, he hopped down from the tree and slipped into the shadows. Carefully, he followed the strange man, determined to find out what he was up to.
